01A deployment plan built around your requirements
We work with your team to establish equipment requirements, vehicle counts, locations, installation scope and reporting needs. Dedicated project management and scheduling teams organize field assignments and keep customer sites informed.
02Equipment prepared before technicians arrive
Our Denton warehouse supports inventory, serial-number tracking, vehicle-specific kitting and equipment distribution. Each deployment connects equipment preparation with the scheduled field work.
03Qualified technicians, supported in the field
Technicians complete theory and hands-on installation qualification through our Denton training process. Training progresses from basic installations to advanced 360° camera systems, with quality control or senior technician support on a new technician’s first deployment.
04Documented installation quality
Our quality control (QC) team reviews every installation and its required photos. Reviews cover equipment placement, power connections, wire routing and other project requirements, with concerns escalated while technicians are on site.
05Clear visibility into progress
Daily Command Center reporting—SNI’s project reporting view—shows completions, missed vehicles, outstanding items and overall progress. Installation records provide documentation your team can review.
06Support beyond the rollout
SNI Protect provides aftercare for GPS, telematics and camera systems through troubleshooting, field service and equipment logistics. Proactive monitoring depends on authorized platform access and available capabilities; service coverage is defined in the customer’s agreement.
