PLAN AROUND THE DISTRIBUTION SCHEDULE

Multiple depots.
One accountable project team

Your fleet team provides the operating requirements. SNI connects equipment readiness, site schedules and field assignments so the rollout has one point of coordination.

01

Match the scope to each location

Start with truck and trailer counts, vehicle types, installed technology and the work required at each depot. Confirm vehicle availability, route schedules, site access and operating windows with local contacts.

02

Prepare equipment for the planned work

Denton warehousing supports serialized inventory, vehicle-specific kits and equipment distribution. Connect the hardware and installation materials with the vehicle mix and location schedule.

03

Coordinate qualified field technicians

A dedicated Project Manager and Scheduling Coordinator organize regional technicians and customer-site communication. Technicians complete theory and hands-on installation qualification through SNI’s Denton training process.

04

Keep completion visible

Real-time photo QC supports review of required installation evidence. Daily Command Center reporting shows completed work, missed vehicles and outstanding items for the project team to follow through.

BEFORE THE FIRST SITE

Plan the details
with your team

Approximate counts and target windows are enough to start a discussion. The installation plan develops around your actual fleet and operating requirements.

Can one program include trucks, trailers and multiple depots?

Yes. Share counts, vehicle types, technology and locations so the scope and equipment requirements can be defined for each part of the fleet. SNI coordinates regional technicians and equipment distribution across all 50 states.

How do we plan around delivery routes and vehicle availability?

Provide route operating windows, vehicle availability and site contacts. SNI’s project management and scheduling team coordinates the installation timetable with each location and reports missed vehicles and work still to be scheduled.

What should we have ready for the first conversation?

Bring approximate truck and trailer counts by location, the platform and hardware, the installation scope, target dates and any site-access requirements. Note which details are still being defined.

Can SNI coordinate support after installation?

SNI Protect coordinates troubleshooting, field service, equipment logistics and QC verification. Monitoring depends on authorized platform access and available capabilities; coverage is defined in your service agreement.
