PLAN AROUND THE VEHICLE AND THE DEPOT

Multiple cameras.
One coordinated program

Define the camera layout and installation requirements, then connect equipment readiness and regional technicians with the windows when vehicles are available.

01

Confirm the required camera views

Share the platform, vehicle types and approved interior and exterior camera positions. Identify any recording hardware, displays, connections and completion checks included in the project scope.

02

Prepare equipment for each vehicle

Denton warehousing supports serialized inventory, vehicle-specific kitting and equipment distribution. Connect the hardware and installation materials with the vehicle mix at each depot.

03

Coordinate installation windows

Dedicated project management and scheduling teams work with site contacts on vehicle availability, route operating windows and access requirements, then organize regional technician assignments.

04

Review evidence and report progress

Required photos and camera checks support real-time QC review. Daily Command Center reporting shows completed work, missed vehicles and outstanding items for the project team to follow through.

ONE INDIVIDUAL DEPLOYMENT

6,000 vehicles.
One camera deployment

One nationwide transportation services project

One nationwide deployment covering 6,000 vehicles with interior and exterior bus camera systems.

SNI managed the equipment flow and field deployment. The vehicle count describes this individual project only.

Customer identity and location-level records remain confidential.

THE RECORD BEHIND EACH VEHICLE

A camera layout.
A documented installation

Connect the vehicle and its equipment with the mounting, routing and camera checks required for your program.

  • Vehicle identity and equipment serial-number records
  • Interior and exterior camera mounting photographs
  • Required wiring, connection and cable-routing evidence
  • Camera views, completion notes and open items

QUALITY AND CUSTOMER VISIBILITY

Review the work against your requirements

SNI’s QC team reviews the required field evidence, with concerns escalated to the technician, Project Manager and Head of QC for correction and documented review.

The selected field photograph illustrates camera mounting. Customer-specific deployment records remain confidential; customers can request their company’s installation data sheets.

BEFORE THE ROLLOUT

Plan with your
operations team

Start with the camera platform, vehicle mix and depot locations. Approximate counts and target windows are enough to begin the discussion.

Can one project include interior and exterior cameras?

Yes. Define the required interior and exterior views, camera positions, recording equipment and any displays with the platform and fleet team. The agreed scope guides equipment preparation, installation and documentation.

How do we plan around routes and depot availability?

Provide vehicle availability, route operating windows, depot contacts and site-access requirements. SNI’s project management and scheduling teams coordinate the installation timetable with each location and report missed vehicles and outstanding work.

What should we prepare for the first conversation?

Share vehicle types and approximate counts by depot, the camera platform and hardware, the required layout, equipment readiness and target timing. Note any requirements still being defined.

Can SNI coordinate support after installation?

SNI Protect coordinates troubleshooting, field service, equipment logistics and QC verification. Monitoring depends on authorized platform access and available capabilities; service coverage is defined in your agreement.
